I’m interested in the questions that don't fit neatly into one discipline.

ABOUT
My work spans strategy, innovation, and experience design. Sometimes I help people shape their ambition, other times I help them make it real.

I've led strategy and innovation work for global companies and government agencies, partnered with Fortune 100 C-suite leaders on business and organizational challenges, and built a business of my own.

Former clients include JPMorganChase, Upwork, MetLife, General Catalyst, Data & Trust Alliance, and Microsoft.

Occasionally, I draw.

MY WORK

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
How do you get leaders to shift their understanding of the cutomer from head to heart?

Designing an immersive leadership experience that challenged senior executives of a major U.S. telco to see their customers differently—and reconsider their role in earning loyalty.

POLICY INNOVATION
What if we apply the tools of design to the way policy gets made?

Exploring how human-centered design can reshape the way policy is imagined and made, and turning that thinking into research, teaching, and practice in partnership with MIT and Columbia University.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP
What does it take to build a footwear with zero industry experience?

Taking an overlooked consumer need from personal frustration to a patented footwear innovation, through years of product development and the launch of an independent shoe brand.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
What changes when decision-making moves closer to the people affected?

Helping USAID rethink how development programs are designed and implemented, putting local knowledge and decision-making at the center.
